Staff Health & Safety Training, including Safeguarding
All BLC staff are fully trained in Safeguarding and are refreshed every 3 years.
Health and Safety training is undertaken by certain staff members as instructed by the Headteacher in areas such as First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Training, Fire Marshall Training, Premise Management, DT Safety, Safer Recruitment and Food hygiene.
All certification is reviewed annually and is updated when required.
